Helen Keller (1880-1968) was quite possibly the most remarkable person ever to grace our planet. Left deaf and blind as a result of a childhood illness at the age of 19 months, Helen Keller nevertheless became an articulate spokesperson for the dignity of all individuals. One of her quotes:
"As the eagle was killed by the arrow winged with his own feather, so the hand of the world is wounded by its own skill."
"As the eagle was killed by the arrow winged with his own feather, so the hand of the world is wounded by its own skill."
