The Divine Word School of English offers English courses on regular basis. Courses are open to Religious, Diocesan Clergy, Clerical Students and Lay-people of Church organizations from overseas who need to learn English for missionary work or further studies. Lay Students living or  working in Ireland are all welcome.

Longer Courses: from late September to mid-June (3, 6 or 9 months duration. Intake dates September/January/post Easter or by arrangement)

Summer Courses: from mid-June to end of August (5 weeks or 10 weeks)
Classes are held in the Divine Word Missionaries Residence, Maynooth and are conducted by qualified and experienced T.E.F.L. (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teachers.

 STUDENT ACCOMMODATION/B&B

 

 

Our ethos is to provide clean, safe, warm and comfortable accommodation, delicious food in an unrivalled location in the heart of Maynooth town.Our hostel is situated in a beautiful setting, surrounded by two acres of green area, mature gardens. 

We also have a language school on site (seen above on this page) which provides residential English classes for students from places as far away as Indonesia, China and Korea to name but a few countries.
